The Opportunity

We're looking for a Social Media Intern to help bring AMO's own voice and presence to life. As a talent agency, our online credibility matters as much as it does for the creators we represent, and this role gives you a seat at the table to shape how AMO shows up.

This is a remote opportunity, so we are open to ALL applicants - though candidates based in Charlotte or the NC Triad area are a plus!

You'll work closely with leadership on content strategy and execution, getting real, hands-on exposure to how a growing agency builds its brand from the inside out.

Who You Are

You're plugged into social media, not just as a user, but as someone who actually studies what makes content work. You're creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving fast. You want real experience in the talent and creator industry, not just busywork.

You also bring:

• A strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and what performs on each

• An eye for content, copy, and visual trends

• Comfort with content creation and/or editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)

• Organizational skills and reliability with deadlines

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a plus but not required

What You'll Do

• Assist with planning and scheduling AMO's social content calendar

• Draft and design social posts and captions across platforms

• Support content for AMO's newsletter

• Monitor engagement, comments, and trends to inform content decisions

• Research industry trends and competitor content for inspiration

• Support light admin tasks tied to content and brand projects

Compensation

This role includes a small monthly stipend. We're also happy to work with your school to count this internship toward college credit.
