BRAND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

AMO Talent Group is a boutique talent management agency representing creators, thought leaders, and public figures. We are career architects, strategically invested in our talent's full trajectory, from brand partnerships to the bigger moves that define their reputations. Genuine relationships, deep investment, and a focus on the whole personal brand are the foundation of everything we do.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager who sees the bigger picture in every deal. Someone who can look at a creator, look at a brand, and immediately see the story that connects them. At AMO, partnerships are intentional. Every deal should move a creator's career forward, deliver real results for the brand, and build relationships that last well beyond one campaign.

As our Brand Partnerships Manager, you'll lead brand relationships at the agency level, sourcing and closing opportunities across our roster while working hand in hand with our talent managers. You'll have the freedom to build your own book of business, backed by agency infrastructure, a growing roster, and a team whose combined relationships and industry knowledge actively support your growth. You're building something that's yours, inside something bigger than you.

This is a commission + profit-share-based role with a generous split, structured to reward you directly for the partnerships you bring in and grow.

Who You Are

You're a connector at heart. You love the pitch, you love the follow-up, and you love watching a partnership come to life. You think strategically about brand fit, you understand where budgets are moving, and you have a genuine point of view on what makes a creator partnership work. You're self-directed, resourceful, and excited by the idea of being part of something early enough to help shape it.

You also bring:

  • Experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, sales, or agency account management

  • Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or marketing teams (a big plus)

  • A strong understanding of the creator economy, including campaign structures, deliverables, and rate benchmarks

  • Confident pitching and negotiation skills

  • A creative eye for partnership concepts that feel fresh and aligned

  • The organizational ability to manage a full pipeline without letting anything slip

  • Comfort and confidence working independently in a remote environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
